Review Process & Response Time

Upon receiving a complete and valid copyright complaint, Vex TV will:

Step 3 – Appropriate Action

Response Commitment

Vex TV aims to acknowledge and review all copyright complaints within 72 hours of receipt. Most valid notices are processed within 24–48 hours, although complex cases may require additional investigation.

Warning Regarding False Claims

Counter-Notification Procedure

• The location where the material appeared before removal

• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and proceed in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
